Get To Know StresCore
StresCore is the leading producer of hollowcore planks in the Midwest, offering expert design, fabrication, and installation services with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction since 1969. We primarily supply and erect our hollow core planks in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. However, we have supplied precast plank on projects throughout the United States.
StresCore Beginnings
Ralph Haas founded the company in 1969 and it has been going strong since. Hollowcore concrete was a developing technology at the time and StresCore became one of the first few manufacturers in the United States. This laid the groundwork for StresCore to become an industry leader in all facets of hollowcore, including design, fabrication, and installation.
Several years after starting StresCore, Mr. Haas handed management responsibilities over to John Reihl. Mr. Reihl worked at StresCore for over 50 years and spent a large majority of those years leading StresCore.
While Ralph owned a variety of other construction-related businesses, StresCore was his favorite and he continued to come into the office well into his 90s. StresCore has continued to grow each year and is one of the leading producers of hollow core in the Midwest region.
Many of our employees started with StresCore in the early days and have never left StresCore. Their vast wealth of knowledge and experience is part of what makes StresCore such a success.
